Yes, for four things: a Daily Brief that ranks which clients need attention this morning and why; a weekly review of each client with a suggested next action, and a warm client-facing message drafted on request; a short recap of a submitted check-in with concerns flagged; and auto-fill for body metrics from a smart-scale screenshot and macros on a diet plan. The Brief and the weekly review are on every plan — from the Pro plan ($24.99/month) their wording is written by AI, and the drafted message, the check-in recap and the auto-fill unlock. Every new account gets 14 days of full access to try all of it. Client risk levels are deliberately not AI — they come from plain rules and show you the reasons behind every score.

Will Traneos message my clients automatically?

Only the reminders you set up yourself. Plan-expiry, payment-due, and check-in reminders are automated and templated: you configure them once and they go out on email and WhatsApp, with per-client opt-in and quiet hours you control. Anything the AI writes about a specific client — like the weekly review's client message — is a draft that stays in the app until you edit it and send it yourself. Traneos never sends AI-written text to a client on its own.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. The 14-day trial starts when you add your first client rather than at signup, so the clock only runs once you are actually using Traneos. When it ends we carry on writing and sending your client reminders for a further 14 days at no charge — that is what Starter ($6.99/month) buys, so you spend the fortnight inside the plan you are being asked for. Your client cap returns to 5 and the other paid features pause that day — clients over the cap are locked rather than removed, and unlock again the moment you upgrade.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays accessible during the cancellation grace window. You can export everything via CSV and PDF before the account closes — payments to CSV, diet plans and invoices to PDF, progress photos via direct download. We don't hold your data hostage.

Is my data secure?

Your client list is private to your business. No other coach on Traneos can see it, we never sell your data, and inside your own team you control what each trainer sees — by default a trainer only sees the clients you've assigned them. Your password is stored scrambled, so nobody — including us — can read it. Card payments go through Razorpay, so card details never touch our servers. And nothing is locked in: you can export everything to CSV and PDF, or delete your account and its data, whenever you want. Under the hood: encrypted connections, hashed passwords, rate-limited logins, and signature-verified payment webhooks.
