Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and the organization.

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, an organization is created automatically and you become its Owner. Owners can invite trainers as team members and grant per-trainer permissions.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at security@traneos.com of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

The Service is designed to help you manage records about your fitness clients (e.g. names, contact details, body metrics, progress photos, payments, schedules, and messages). When you upload, enter, or import such information into Traneos (“Customer Data”), you retain all rights in it.

You represent and warrant that (a) you have all rights, consents, and notices necessary to collect and process Customer Data through the Service, and (b) Customer Data does not violate any law or third-party right. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and legality of Customer Data and for obtaining any consents required from your clients (including for sensitive information such as health, progress photos, and payment details).

We process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Traneos offers a Free tier with usage caps and paid tiers (Starter, Basic, Pro, and Studio) billed monthly through our payment processor, Razorpay. Pricing, plan limits, and feature inclusions are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.

No refunds. All fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused features, downgrades, or accounts you choose to close. We do not provide refunds or credits for cancelled subscriptions. If a payment fails, we may suspend access or downgrade your account in accordance with these Terms.

Free orgs may receive a 7-day welcome trial of paid features as described on the pricing page. Trials are promotional and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading communications, including over WhatsApp or email;
• upload or process Customer Data without the necessary rights and consents from the individuals it concerns;
• attempt to access, probe, or interfere with parts of the Service you are not authorized to use, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or feature gates;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where expressly permitted by law;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape or extract data in bulk;
• upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm the Service or its users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), OpenAI (AI features), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Upstash (rate limiting), the WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging), and Google (OAuth sign-in). Your use of those features is also subject to the providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party provider.

Traneos is a software tool for organizing your coaching business. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Any AI-generated outputs (for example, body-metric extraction or nutrition estimates) are best-effort suggestions intended to assist a qualified trainer; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. Trainers and clients should consult appropriate healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

The Service, including its software, design, brand, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Traneos and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, and otherwise process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, in line with our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain or delete Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data will not be lost or altered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traneos and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Traneos, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your Customer Data, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-app banner). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws in your country, the courts located in [CITY], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory law gives you the benefit of local courts and laws, nothing in this section deprives you of those rights.
